Vegan Van is owned & operated by two Colorado natives who share a passion for vegan cooking that is as strong as their love of Denver, and they are taking this ever-so-groovy vehicle through the Mile High streets to share a taste of how delicious and beneficial 100% vegan cuisine can be!
They use the freshest and finest ingredients (and source locally whenever possible) to craft their acclaimed brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings. From the house-made seitan wings to the Italian-style veggie burger with bruschetta and avocado pesto, everything this crew serves is unbelievably tasty and with their incredibly friendly service, it’s no wonder this truck is so regionally beloved.
