Always operating as environmentally conscious as possible, he uses sustainable local ingredients to craft a rotating selection that includes...perfectly flaky Steak & Onion Empanadas with hand ground, seared sirloin and caramelized onions, served with a homemade blue cheese dip, and the Bharta - curried eggplant and jasmine rice served with a delicious tropical dipping sauce, and much more.
