McDevitt Taco Supply is supplying Denver with a whole lotta tacos. That much is self evident from the namesake. What's not so obvious but totally delicious is the fact that they're serving their proprietary heady tacos, culling inspiration from a myriad of culinary traditions that make each tiny taco bursting with big time flavor.

Sure, you could call these authentic tacos because they're starting with a homemade tortilla. But from there, they're making them in the most unauthentic of ways, which is anything but a bad thing. Get a taste of the islands in their Caribbean jerk chicken or red chile pork adobado tacos, or get the exotic flavor from the east in their Thai ginger tilapia and steak marinated in Asian spices topped with slaw. Of course, you could always go the more traditional route and get ground beef, al pastor and housemade chorizo. But then you'd be missing out on buffalo cauliflower and honey sriracha chicken tacos.
