Since 2016, Mac ‘N Noodles has made their mark in the Colorado mac & cheese scene. You’ll find the big black truck cruising through Denver, serving up steaming bowls of the ultimate comfort food.
Their bowls are made with trottole pasta noodles and stuffed full of all kinds of tasty things—like grilled chicken, carnitas, green chili, and roasted poblanos—, and same goes for any of their nachos, quinoa bowls, or the goodies coming out of the fryer.
