From the same culinary genius behind East Coast Joe’s (Joseph Gerace) comes Bao Chicka Bao Bao- the mobile culmination of many new Asian-inspired “Far East” Coast creations.

Their menu includes a succulent selection of locally sourced bao buns that are stuffed with delicious fillings such as The KFC (crispy sweet & sticky chicken with wasabi-honey slaw), Belly Jelly! (five spice crispy pork belly, apple bacon jam, and pickled veggies), and Mr. Shrimp (plump grilled shrimp with pickled papaya-cucumber slaw, crispy avocado, and tangy chili-lime aioli), just to name a few.
